Objectives: Identify and dispel common misperceptions about South Asia. Investigate religious and philosophical traditions of South Asia.
Task: Good morning! When you arrive to class, please clear your desks of everything except a pencil. You'll have the first 20 minutes of class to complete your "Breaking Free" reading quiz. Then, we'll spend a few minutes taking notes on the history of South Asia before you use the remainder of class working with your partner on the religions presentations.
