-Describe the success & influence of the Dutch East India Company (VOC). What factors led to the collapse of the VOC?
-What is vertical integration?
As we review the article, you'll take notes on a very abbreviated history of Southeast Asia. Then, I'll introduce your final essay reflection on the Great Decisions discussion series. Finally, you'll use the remainder of class time to work on 'Considering Southeast Asia.'
