Task: When you arrive to class, please form a "horseshoe" so we can continue our discussion from yesterday. As we consider the stereotypes that permeate our perceptions of Africa, we'll also consider the geographic and cultural realities revealed in Part A of the Regional Study. Next, we'll play a game to review the capitals of Africa. Finally, you'll divide into groups to investigate one of the great kingdoms or civilizations of Sub-Saharan Africa. You'll compile your research on a "ShowMe!" presentation that will be presented to the class tomorrow.
