CPWC Day 63 - Partition & Green Revolution

Objective:  Examine the religious and philosophical traditions of South Asia.  Investigate select historical events to define the cultural heritage of South Asia.  Analyze contemporary issues in South Asia.

Task:  When you arrive to class, please get out your notes and your timeline.  To begin, we'll finish our discussion on Gandhi's implementation of non-violent civil disobedience.  Then, we'll wrap-up our review of the timeline and examine the Green Revolution.  Finally, we'll conclude the class with an examination of caste in contemporary India.
