CPWC Day 8 - Considering Culture (cont.)

Objective:  Establish a basis for studying culture.  Assess knowledge of elements of culture, vocabulary, and themes of geography.

Task:   Good morning!  Please make sure your name is on your cultural regions map and the Foundations Investigation.  Place these in separate piles on the podium in the front of the room.  Then, use your notebook to study for the quiz.

Once everyone is ready, I'll distribute the quiz.  After you finish the quiz, please turn it in on the podium and pick up the packet.  While your waiting for the rest of the class to finish, please work on your assigned reading section (see list below).

Finally, we'll finish our notes on culture and spend a few minutes applying our knowledge to a dollar bill.
