Objective:   Examine the emergence, rule, and collapse of apartheid in South Africa.

Task:  Good afternoon!  When you arrive to class, please clear your desks of everything except a pencil in preparation for the test.  You will have the duration of class to complete the test.  When you finish, please work ahead on your unit 3 homework.

WHAP Day 110 - Documents of the Enlightenment

Day 1 - PAW 1

Objectives:  Evaluate the ideas of the Enlightenment.  

Task:  Good morning!  When you arrive to class, please complete "SBMC Practice - Enlightenment Ideals."  When everyone's finished, you'll work with a partner to compare the three documents you read last night.  After a large group review, you'll find a new partner to read Olympe de Gouge's Declaration on the Rights of Women.  Finally, if there is any time remaining, you'll begin working on the Atlantic revolutions comparisons for Friday.

IMPORTANT:  Continue working through "WHAP Period 5 Summary Packet"!  Complete the sections we've addressed in class & identify CONTENT areas with which you are struggling.

CPWC Day 23 - Apartheid South Africa

Objective:   Examine the emergence, rule, and collapse of apartheid in South Africa.

Task:  Good afternoon!  When you arrive to class, please clear your desks.  We'll spend the first few minutes of class reviewing your unit 1 test.  Then, you'll download "South Africa Anti-Apartheid Movement Viewing Guide."  We'll spend the next portion of class examining apartheid in South Africa.
