HWC Day 38 - Exploration, Exchange, & Printing Press

Objectives:  Investigate the cultural, social, political, and economic status of Europe prior to the Modern Era.  Define characteristics and contributions of the Italian Renaissance.

Task:  Salvete!  When you arrive to class, please rejoin your groups from yesterday and then move the desks into a circle.  We'll spend the first portion of class discussing the "Meanwhile in Europe" and the paintings.  Then, you'll spend the remainder of class investigating Machiavelli, the Age of Exploration, and the Scientific Revolution.
