CPWC Day 37 - Scientific Revolution & Columbian Exchange

IMPORTANT:  Beginning THIS WEEK, high school students are not permitted to ride the elementary school busses home.  Busses will be available at 4:00 for those students who need to stay for period 12.

Objective: Define "Europe" as a cultural region.  Investigate scientific, political, and cultural advances during the 15th through the 17th century.

Task: Good morning!   When you arrive to class, please upload your homework to the appropriate dropbox in Schoology.  Then, download and complete "Chunnel WS."  After discussing the Chunnel, we'll continue defining "Europe" with a brief discussion on the geography of Europe.  Then, we'll split up into groups to investigate the Scientific Revolution, Machiavelli, and the Columbian Exchange.
