Task: Good morning! When you arrive to class, please get out a pencil in preparation for the reading quiz. You'll use the first portion of class to complete the reading quiz. After you've finished the quiz, please turn it in at the back of the room and pick up the packet. Compete the reading and answer the questions while you wait for everyone to finish the quiz. After the quiz, we'll discuss the various paths to independence in Latin America.
